Amazing customer service! We were on our way to a ski trip and realized an hour before we needed to hit the road a key to our ski rack went MIA. We desperately needed this part to remove the ski rack at our destination due to parking clearance issues. We called the store and they were very quick to have us come in as they could figure something out. Lo and behold we get there and within two seconds they have the obscure security key we needed ready. Thanks so much! A lifted jeep is all fun and games until you have to keep it on pavement 😂

When I couldn't get my Yakima rack off the receiver, I dropped by Rack N Road for some help. Even though I didn't purchase the rack from them originally, they got the rack off my car and went out of their way to remove the damaged locking bolt and replace it with a new one. Great service.

I urgently needed a roof box and came in at the end of the day while it was pouring rain. They were very nice about re-installing my cross bars and installing the box, taking the time to measure the cross bar spacing and make sure the box was perfectly centered despite the terrible weather!
Ned Kelly first came to Rack N Road Seattle in 2011 while studying business at Western Washington University, working his way up to assistant manager before taking over the Bellevue store in early 2015. He moved back to manage the Seattle store in February of 2019. His excitement for cars and outdoor activities was what first brought him through the door. In his spare time Ned enjoys biking and playing rugby, and even finds time to coach high school wrestling. Ned and his crew consistently strive to do their very best for every customer that comes through the door, taking on every installation and making sure that everyone leaves with exactly what they need to enjoy the outdoors.
