Meet the Manager

Seattle 1

Ned Kelly

Ned first came to Rack N Road Seattle in 2011 while studying business at Western Washington University, working his way up to assistant manager before taking over the Bellevue store in early 2015. He moved back to manage the Seattle store in February of 2019. His excitement for cars and outdoor activities was what first brought him through the door. In his spare time Ned enjoys biking, playing rugby, and even finds time to coach high school wrestling. Ned and his crew consistently strive to do their very best for every customer that comes through the door, taking on every install and making sure that everyone leaves with exactly what they need to enjoy the outdoors.

The store motto is “if you want to take it with you, let us help.” Come on in and see what Rack N Road can do for you.

Local & Professional. The service you get here is great - yes, they can be busy, but they always seem to go above and beyond. It's not a place you visit often, but over the years I've never regretted dealign with them. What I appreciate the most - as my gear needs change, I've been able to return a handful of times with minor questions or tweaks on past purchases, and they've always been happy to help.

Lost the key to our very old Yakima skybox. These guys had it open and got us new keys within a few minutes for about $20. In comparison, Zip locksmiths charged $200 to drill out the lock and render the box worthless.

Great shop! I experienced top notch customer service both over the phone and in person. They were able to quickly locate a small replacement part for me off an older yakima bike rack. Highly recommend!
