If you choose to purchase a similar item of equal or greater value upon return of your rental, we will apply 100% of the rental cost towards the purchase on the day of the return. If you decide to purchase a similar item of equal or greater value within 90 days after returning your rental, we will apply 50% of your rental cost towards the purchase.
We strongly suggest you call in your reservation ahead of time as rental products are subject to on- hand availability. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule when coordinating a time to have the product installed, but if you pick up your rental after 5:00pm and drop off before 12:00pm on the last day we will not charge you for either of those days.
A minimum 2 day rental is required for all products. A 2-day non-refundable deposit is required to hold a product in the event of a cancelled reservation. If your travel dates change, no problem! Call 24 hours before your pickup and we will move your reservation date at no additional charge.
DISCLAIMER: All rentals are subject to on-hand availability. Rack N Road is not responsible for any theft or damage that occurs during the duration of the rental. In the event a rental product is returned damaged or destroyed, the customer will be responsible for paying the retail value of the product less the amount paid for the rental. Lost keys will result in a $10 replacement charge.
