Great experience. Full service with knowledgeable employees. Highly recommend Rack N Road for all your car carrying accessories. Plenty of inventory to cover most cars and price ranges. I purchased Thule crossbars and an Inoo brand low-profile carrier for the top of the car. They have all the popular brands.

Superb experience - really knowledgeable team (thank you, Zach and Chris), speedy install work that looks great, and works on my Escape Plug in Hybrid with no issues. This place is awesome. Called, told me exactly what I was looking for (Thule rack that goes on spare tire of my jeep). it was on backorder, so I had to wait but not their fault. They called me when it came in. I called to see if they could install, and they said come on in. quick installation with a smile. this is how you run a business!

Previously the Manager of the San Jose location, Chris Berbena has been welcomed as the Store Owner since early 2016. Born and raised in California, Chris and his wife can be found riding mountain bikes, fishing, camping, snowboarding, golfing, or doing anything outdoors during their down time. With 20 years of automotive experience and a love of the outdoors, Chris used his knowledge to become an expert in installation procedures. No matter the challenge or trickiness of an install, Chris loves solving problems, discovering customer needs, and working out the best solution for his customers.
