Rack and Road has always been a #10 in the Vehicle outfitting for all kinds of outdoor activities. From bicycle racks to onboard tents. They have great employees and a friendly atmosphere. They adjusted the Tanneau Cover on my truck today and they were fast.

I bought a roof rack for my Honda Pilot and lost a cover. I showed up at their Seattle store and they gave me one for me and help me secure it and make all 4 were locked. Super professional service.

Tried buying a rooftop carrier and crossbars at REI, but the online listing was inaccurate and the product I got ultimately wouldn't work because of that inaccuracy. Called this store and the employees were both super knowledgeable and nice. Came in and they were able to quickly troubleshoot the issue and give me an immediate solution. Couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend making this your first stop for anything related to racks or rooftop carriers.

I bought a roof cargo box and got a roof rack installed. Great customer service. Despite it being what I would guess is their busiest season they were very responsive when I had to call to ask questions and had to reschedule due to a work conflict. I was on a short timeline to get extra storage space before a stressful trip and they definitely saved the day!I had trouble getting the Seattle branch to answer my 4 calls. When I left a voice mail they claimed I didn't mention my car year/make/model in my original message when I know I did. Definitely worth the extra 15 minute drive for me to go to the Bellevue location.
