The BackStage is the only swing away platform hitch rack on the market that swings out 180 degrees. This rack allows full access to the back of any van, truck or SUV even with bikes loaded. Folds flat against the vehicle, tilt down 30 degrees for rear access. No frame contact secures bicycle by the front wheel. Anti-wobble feature. Not for use with bicycles with front fenders. Fits skinny road tires up to 5″ fat bike tires and 20-29″ diameter wheels, 48″ max wheelbase. Includes locking hitch pin and cable lock, keyed alike.

During peak seasons, deposits are required to hold an appointment. Rack N Road will call the day before to confirm the appointment time. We usually recommend a week in advance to schedule appointments, but certain seasons are busier than others and timing varies across all locations.
